  5. Enhance the added value of members' quality beef product
The Centex Beef Alliance is an unincorporated nonprofit organization formed under the Texas Uniform Unincorporated Nonprofit Association Act, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat Ann. Article 1356-70.01, et seq., and is composed of independent cow/calf producers and agri-business representatives with an interest in the beef industry.
